Colleen has worked as an audiologist since 1998, after earning her master's degree from Minot State University. She practised at the Saskatchewan Hearing Aid Plan and Chinook Hearing in Calgary, then became co-owner of Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology in 2002. In 2007 she relocated to Brandon with her audiologist husband to establish Advanced Hearing Clinic while completing her doctoral studies, and in 2010 the practice expanded by acquiring Stokes.
Alison has worked as an audiologist since 2003, after graduating from Minot State University with her master's degree. She joined the team in January 2014 when the Virden location opened. Her connection to audiology is personal, with family members who live with hearing loss.
Elizabeth joined the clinic in the fall of 2010. She graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 2012 and is nationally certified in hearing instrument sciences.
Erin joined the team in the summer of 2025. She works at the reception desk and brings a background in finance to the clinic.
Amber joined in 2019 as a receptionist and front-end manager. She has since become a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician while continuing her reception duties.
